The Agency Mentorship Program began delivering its capacity building trainings in summer 2011. The trainings are focused on topics that were highlighted as challenges by the youth-led agencies. These trainings are developed using the feedback from the groups and the ongoing interaction with them through our monthly mentorship sessions. The material can be applicable to most organizations but are catered specifically to the needs of the youth-led agencies that we are supporting.
